I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing individuals, couples and families therapy and counseling in North San Diego County. I provide counseling services at my centrally-located Carlsbad, CA office.

I believe it takes an incredible amount of courage to seek help when you are struggling in life. As a result I strive to create a safe, empathic and nurturing environment for all my clients. I believe the key to personal growth involves trust and safety within the therapeutic relationship. Together we will explore your thoughts and feelings while creating a treatment plan that addresses your specific needs. My therapy style can be described as relaxed and empathic because I offer both therapeutic safety with results.
My treatment is based on Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). EFT has a proven effectiveness of 90% for couples, children, parents and individuals to heal and repair relationship conflict, overcome anxiety and depression, repair from the effects of trauma, deal with grief and loss, and eliminate self-destructive habits and behaviors.
